And now their poorly informed client protestors want to tear down Winston’s statue. Here in our own beloved country it has come to be counted as a good thing to tear down our historical statues such as Christopher Columbus, George Washington and even Thomas Jefferson. Twine, and had a post office by 1902. Twine moved to Muskogee and edited the Muskogee Cimeter and the citizens voted to rename the town as Taft, for President William Howard Taft, who was then Secretary of War in the Theodore Roosevelt administration.
