Service held for Dustin Dewayne Green
It is with great sadness the family of Dustin Dewayne Green announces his passing on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at his home in Wetumka, Oklahoma at the age of 29.
Dustin was born February 21, 1991 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Stanley and Pauline Green. He proudly graduated from Moss Public Schools in 2010. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wetumka.
Dustin was a hard-working tower technician for McCoy’s Satellite in Wetumka. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing horseshoes and hunting for arrowheads. He loved being outdoors and helping people; His family and friends were important to him. Dustin will forever be remembered as a charming and charismatic young man who never met a stranger.
Dustin is survived by his father Stanley Green and stepmother Cheryl; his brother, Billy Lucas of Wetumka; his sisters, Rozanna Dallas and husband
Steve of Hooks, Texas, Amie Cox of Holdenville, Bridget Bridger and husband Jerry of Sulphur, and Jessica Yates and husband David of Holdenville. He also leaves numerous other relatives and friends.
Dustin is preceded in death by his mother Pauline Green; maternal grandparents, Oleta and Cecil McDonald; and paternal grandparents, Detress and Geneva Green.
Funeral service was 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 27 th , at Texas Banner Church of God with Pastor Joe Lunsford officiating. Interment followed at Wetumka Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Billy Lucas, Josh Green, Jerred Kenney, Micah Hill, Dustin Rammage, and Justin Rammage. Honorary pallbearers are Stanley Green, A.L. Lucas, and Mark Green.
Services were under the direction of Hudson-Phillips funeral Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
