Calvin Bond Issue Explained

Calvin Schools is proposing a $1.8 million bond proposition to the voters on October 12 2021 to construct a school cafeteria. The new cafeteria will be built in the existing location of the current Cafeteria. The goal of the proposition is to give Calvin Schools an adequate space to serve the students of the district as well as a facility that can better serve the needs of the community. The financial impact to the district will be an increase of $1.80 a year ($0.15 a month) per $100 paid in property tax.
