Carson Baptist Church is having Vacation Bible School, June 6-10, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. We will be visiting “Spark Studio” where we will explore our artistic side in the Bible. We will be visiting our Bible Studio, our Crafts Design Center, our Music Sound Stage and the Missions Workshop. We will discover that our creativity is a gift for God, our creator, to use for his Glory. Ages 3 years – 18 years.

Read moreArdell Withers worked timeliness to make sure the Clearview Cemetery was maintained each Memorial Day for years. She kept records of burial plots, sold cemetery plots, and kept obituaries of those buried in there. On Memorial Day weekends, she spent the entire weekends in the cemetery collecting monies for maintenance. She did it with kindness and a smile and a jester of this is how you can help by donating.

Read moreThe My Buddy & Me Fishing Tournament that’s being held by the Dustin Activities Committee was rained out and rescheduled for Saturday, June 4 from 10 am -12:00 pm at the Dustin Lake. Registration will begin at 9:30 am. There is a $5.00 entry fee per child. The age groups are 4yrs and under, 5-11yrs, and 12-17yrs. There will be great prizes and trophies given. A concession will also be provided, so come out and enjoy the fun. You still have another chance to win some great prizes! Don’t forget, bring your own bait. We hope to see you there!!
