Read moreOn April 29 at 8:00 p.m., 220 Jack and Jill of America youth and parents departed Tulsa, Oklahoma to tour three of the thirteen original all-Black towns of Oklahoma. This group was just a fraction of a group of nearly seven hundred visiting the Greenwood District during the weekend.
Read moreThe town of Clearview recently developed a tourism plan to bring tourism to Clearview. There was a need to transport small groups of tourists around town to historic sites. Through a private donation, the town was able to purchase a covered trailer. The first use of the tourist trailer was in the Pioneer Days parade in Okemah. Read moreThe Dustin Activities Committee would like to publicly thank all the volunteers that participated in our “Great American Trash-Off” that was held Saturday April 30 . This was the greatest turnout in the last four years with 29 volunteers and 34 bags of trash collected within two hours’ time. Everyone enjoyed a great luncheon afterwards that was provided by the committee members. We just wanted to say a Big “Thank You” to all who made this event a great success!!
