The annual Atwood Alumni Reunion has been set for Saturday, July 1st. The doors of the Atwood Community Building will open at 11:00 a.m. The potluck meal will be served at 5:00 p.m.Everyone is invited to attend and enjoy a day of visiting and reminiscing.

Four Wetumka seniors were recently selected for All-Conference by a committee of coaches from the Crossroads Conference.All four players were also selected to the Ritchie Peters Memorial Classic Invitational All-Tournament Team.

Family and friends from several cities and states return to Clearview during the Memorial Day Weekend to place flowers on the resting places of their loved ones in the private and community cemeteries in and around Clearview.

Jean is one of eighteen children born to the late Lawrence and Marguerite French of Clearview. She and her husband Frank reside in Texas but visit in Clearview with her other siblings, especially on Memorial Day.
