The “Young Working Professionals in Tulsa” organized under the direction of Kayla C. to tour the Thirteen Original Incorporated Black Towns of Oklahoma. Kayla contracted Shirley Nero of Clearview to organize a tour of each of the thirteen towns over a period of several months.
