Leah Hughes was crowned the 2023 Miss Oklahoma State Fair Outstanding Teen on Saturday, September 10th at the Oklahoma Fairgrounds. With this win, Hughes will compete at the Miss Oklahoma’s Outstanding Teen Pageant next June at River Spirit Resort and Casino in Tulsa.
