CALVIN, Okla. (KFOR) – An Oklahoma police chief was taken into custody after finding himself on the wrong side of the law.On Friday, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics announced the arrest of Joe Don Chitwood, the chief of the Calvin Police Department.
