STILLWATER, Okla. – With home gardens ripe for picking and farmers markets bursting with fresh fruits and vegetables, many Oklahomans also are gearing up for canning season.

Sympathy is extended to the Peter Bush family on the death of his nephew Joe Bush. Joe is the son his late brother Glendale Bush. Funeral services are planned for Saturday, June 19th in Oklahoma City.

Joe has been sorting about a year. Sorting is a relatively new sport. He is a rookie and is doing very well at it. Last year, he placed 2nd in the state competition. The top twenty who place are invited to go to the world finals competition in Fort Worth.
