“Someone Stole the Clearview School Bell” The bell remains missing. An anonymous $500 reward is being offered for its return. If you have any information about the bell’s whereabouts, please contact the police in Okfuskee County or anyone in Clearview.

Every year, the Tulsa Rudisill Library organizes two bus tours to explore the historically all-Black towns and communities in Oklahoma. This year, 114 guests visited Grayson, Clearview, and Boley.

Ari Jackson is ajunior at Oklahoma State University.For the third year, she has made the president’s honor roll. Ari's major is marketing with a minor in event management. She is a member of the Alpha Omicron Phi Sorority. Mya, Ari’s older sister, is also a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Juneteenth, celebrated on June 19, marks the 1865 emancipation of enslaved people in Texas, effectively ending slavery in the U.S. It commemorates freedom, acknowledges Black Americans’ resilience, and reflects on the continuing fight for equality.
