James Ray Gus - tin passed away Wednesday, August 12th, 2026 at Feather Stone Assisted Living in Ada, Oklahoma at the age of 71.

James was born July 14th, 1955 in Hold - enville, Oklahoma to Raymond Elsworth Gustin and Shei - la Arlene (Bagwell) Gustin. He graduat- ed from Holdenville High School. James worked as a mechan ic for John Gibbs Motor Company and Tanner Chevrolet for many years. He en joyed raising cattle, gardening and ga- rage sales. James loved spending time with his family and friends.

James was preceded in death by his par - ents Raymond and Sheila Gustin. He is survived by his sons; Andy Gustin and wife Jamie of Dale, Tony Gustin and wife Lor - ri of Ada, Tim Gust - in and wife Angie of Shawnee, grandchil - dren; Brittany Sears, Brandon Baker, Gage Gustin, Trisitie San - ford, Kenzie Gustin, Logan Gustin, A.J.

Gustin, Torri Broge and husband Noah, Jonas Branch, Avery Gustin, numerous great grandchildren, brother Tommy Gus tin of Holdenville.

James is survived by numerous other rela tives and friends.

Honorary pallbearers are Cole Smith, Bry - an Smith, AJ Gustin, Jogan Gustin, Jonas Branch, Brandon Barker and Gage Gustin.

Viewing will be 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Satur - day, August 15, 2026 at Hudson Phillips Funeral Home Chap - el with Pastor Martin Gustin officiating with Donna Gustin assist ing.
