Herman "Paul" Dean passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, at his home in Yeager, Oklahoma, at the age of 88. Paul was born on September 18, 1935, in Yeager, to Clifford and Roberta (Johnson) Dean. He attended elementary and high school in Yeager.

Thomas Warren Sawyer, 70, of Ada, passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at his home in Ada. Tom was born on February 13th, 1954 in San Diego, California to his parents Harry Sawyer and Thelma Jean (Sweet) Sawyer.

Lula Hillyer was born September 6, 1939, to Edgar Rogers and Opal Chastain. Lula passed from this life on May 20, 2024, at her home in Wetumka, Oklahoma.Lula went to several different schools when she was growing up. Some of them include Lamar, Graham, Weleetka and Tulsa schools.

Auburn – William Gene Nall Jr, 53 of Auburn, Indiana, died Monday, April 29, 2024, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.He was born April 25, 1971, in Wetumka, Oklahoma to his dad, Bill Nall of Calvin, Oklahoma and his mother Charlotte (Hamilton) Love of Holdenville, Oklahoma.

Ava Lynn Sawyer, 73, of Ada, passed away on May 19, 2024, at her home in Ada. Ava was born on May 19, 1951 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to her parents Alvin and Agnes( Hampton) Orr.As a young woman, she attended school in Calvin, Oklahoma and graduated in 1970.

Margaret Ann Patrick McClungMargaret Patrick McClung was born December 10, 1952, and passed away peacefully on Janu- ary 17, 2024. A cele bration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 21 at 11:00 a.m. at the Dustin Cemetery.There will be a luncheon following the service.

H.B. Jones passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024, following a car accident. HB was born in Hughes County, Oklahoma, on January 5, 1928, son of Hester B. and Nannie Mae (Tiller) Jones. He grew up and lived around Calvin, Oklahoma.HB was a World War II veteran, serving proudly in the US Navy.

Sherry Hinkle, 62, of Allen, Oklahoma went to be with her heavenly father on May 3, 2024 peacefully in her sleep. Sherry was born December 21, 1961 in Fort Worth, Texas to her parents Ramona Jo Cabral and Johnny M Cabral.

Sharon Kay Carpenter, 79, of Holdenville, passed away April 29, 2024, in her home with loved ones. She was a devoted wife, mother and teacher and a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church of Holdenville.Sharon was born March 11, 1945, in Stamford, Texas, to Bob and Elvarie Stafford.

Demi Marie Skeen was born on December 26, 2023. Just as Demi was finding her precious little voice, it was taken back from us. While we sit and wonder why the earth still moves, we remain eternally grateful for God’s greatest gift-the 123 days spent with her.
