Funeral services for Cheryl Lynn McClure will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Assembly of God Church of Wetumka, Oklahoma with Pastor Curt Bellinger officiating.

Lee Alton Tackett passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at the age of 82 years.Lee was the son of John & Mary Ann (Tucker) Tackett, born on November 30, 1938, in Pittsburg, Oklahoma. During his early years he was brought up and attended schools in the Jackfork community.

Funeral services for Obie Ineta (May) Osborn will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Assembly of God Church of Wetumka. Interment will follow at the Wetumka Cemetery.Obie Ineta (May) Osborn was born August 31, 1934 in Wetumka, Oklahoma to Buster and Flossie May.

Bobby Dale Winters, a 1952 graduate and outstanding football player at Holdenville High School, passed away September 9, 2021 in Alamo, TX. Bob lived a wonderful 87 years full of family, friends, and traveled to all 50 states.

Billy Gene Muse of Holdenville, Oklahoma was born on May 29, 1929 in Leflore, Oklahoma to William Nolan Muse and Aladora Clementine (Clemmie) Meeks Muse. He passed away on September 22,1921 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 92.

“The guy from New York City”, fondly known to his family and friends as Georgie, nicknamed “Speedy”, passed from this life after a brief illness on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. He was born in Manhattan, New York on October 2, 1939 to George and Olga (Santos) Gonzales.

Terry Kenneth Steele passed away Monday, September 6, 2021, at his home in Southern California at the age of 52.Terry was born December 13, 1968 in Abilene, Texas to Kenneth and Norma Steele and special mother Debbie. He graduated from Holdenville High School in the class of 1987.

Patricia Ann (Burleson) Glasco passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021, at the age of 81. She was born January 14, 1940 in Tulsa to Cleo Whitley and Opal Irene (Crow) Burleson. She was married September 20, 1958 to J. W. Glasco.

Alma Faye Purdom, a resident of Dustin, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 65. She was born April 23, 1956 to Ralph Basquez and Mary Evelyn Basquez. Faye was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Basquez.

Marland “Dwayne” Johnson was born July 17, 1968 to Patsy M. and Marland M. Johnson in Ada, Oklahoma. Dwayne grew up in Allen, Oklahoma and attended Allen Schools, Ada Schools, and Pontotoc Technology Center. Dwayne was a member of the McCall’s Chapel and worked within the Ada community.
