She was preceded in death by her husband, Loy Laneer, on January 13, 1993. Pauline is survived by her son, Larry Laneer, and a nephew and cousins. She lived most of her life in Wetumka until she moved to Norman, OK, on June 25, 2005.

Velma Ruth Huddleston, 86, former longtime resident of Weleetka, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022, in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Ruth was born on August 27th, 1935, in Pharoah, Oklahoma to Mac and Georgia (Yarborough) Bowen. She was a homemaker and enjoyed telling stories, playing the harmonica, ukulele, the organ and was an accomplished pianist and gave lessons on how to play.
