Cathy JoAnn Wright

Cathy JoAnn Wright was born January 3, 1954 in Dustin, Oklahoma to Charles Edward Wright and Margarett Francis Wright and departed from this life October 7, 2019.

Cathy loved family get-togethers, sewing, homemade ice cream, and playing with her great-grandson Liam, and fussing with her niece Carly Wright on the phone.

Cathy is preceded in death by a brother, James Stapp of Midwest City, Oklahoma; brother Kenneth Ray Wright of Midwest City; and a sister, Mary Juarez of Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

Survivors include her daughter, Samantha Wright of Dustin; a grandson, Justin Wright of Dustin; a grandson, Jeremiah and his wife Brittany Wright, of Dustin; one great grandson, Liam Wright of Dustin; sister, Sue and husband De-can Marshall of Midwest City; sister, Janie Smith of Henryetta; sister, Margie Swindell of Dustin; brother, Charles Wright and wife Kaye of Dustin; Eddie Wright of Cushing, Oklahoma; brother Edd Wright and wife Debbie of Dustin;  as well as several nieces and nephews.  

Funeral services for Cathy JoAnn Wright were held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 1:00pm at Middle Creek #1 Church. Rev. Mark Smith officiated. Interment followed at the Wright Family Cemetery.
