Charlie Moore passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 24, 2020.
He was born on September 10, 1922 in Sasakwa, Oklahoma to Buddy Lee and Adeline Moore.
He enlisted in the United States Marine department to download the Corp, proudly serving as O YOUR COLUMN WIDTH a Private 1st Class during WWII.
He recently celebrated his 98 th birthday with a dinner party.
Deacon Moore was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church of Tulsa, OK.
He is survived by his wife, Verdie Moore; sisters, Roxie Boyd and Redell Jones and brother, Napoleon Moore.
Service was held in Tulsa, Oklahoma and his final resting place was in Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, OK.
