Funeral services for Cheryl Lynn McClure will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Assembly of God Church of Wetumka, Oklahoma with Pastor Curt Bellinger officiating.

Cheryl Lynn McClure was born July 22, 1955 in Artesia, California to Winfred Leon Tatum and Betty Virginia (Koonce) Tatum. She passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 in Okemah, Oklahoma at the age of 66.

Cheryl grew up in Orange County, California before moving to Okemah after graduating high school. On August 1, 1975, in Stroud, Oklahoma, she married Willard “Chris” Mc-Clure. She enjoyed taking road trips with her husband, gardening and swimming. She was a great mother who loved her family dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, and one grandson, Christopher McClure.

She is survived by two daughters, Malissa and Haley Owen of Shawnee and Crystal and Jeremy Ramsey of Wetumka, Oklahoma; one brother, Johnny Tatum of Tennessee; two sisters, Louise Taylor and Vickie Winkle both of Arkansas; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ashley Sparks, Kim Oliver, Amy Johnson, Amie Leader, Jo Robison and Dale Sweazea.

Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home.
