Connie Lynn Pannell passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at her home in Moore, Oklahoma at the age of 70.

Connie was born March 10, 1950 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to James Deason and Barbara J. Stafford Deason. She graduated from Moore High School and later graduated from cosmetology school. She retired from working as a Phlebotomist at the Plasma Center. Connie loved her dog, cooking, traveling, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed spending time in Hawaii and shopping at Victoria Secret.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her son Russell Dewayne Cooper and girlfriend Kelly Ramos; grandson Jonathan Ray Cooper and girlfriend Anna Bare of Moore; niece Chandra Altourelle and husband Jim of Seattle, Washington; great-nephews Desond Roussell, Domonic Roussell, and Kalin Roussell; siblings, John D Deason of California, Cinda D Deason of Moore, and Gwenda D. Vickery of Moore; maternal grandparents John and Jaunita Stafford; longtime friends Nanci Coley a friend of 54 years, Connie Medrano, Trenda Wynd, Minnie Thetford, Ladine Lievsay, and Russ Hamerick; and uncles Cleare Stafford, and Jackie Stafford and wife Beverly. Connie is survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service was 2:00 pm Saturday, October 31 st , at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Interment followed at Holdenville Cemetery. Pallbearers were Colby Hester, R.D. Stafford, Sebastian Hester, Jonathan Wiseman, Ron Wiseman and Jon Cooper.
