Frankie Lee (Redding) Hamil was born on August 29, 1939, in Wetumka, OK to Homer Dean Redding and Eva Norma (Cook) Redding. Frankie passed away after a long health battle on December 31, 2023, at The Gardens in Sapulpa, OK.

After graduat - ing from Wetum - ka High School in 1957, Frank - ie was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart, Ed - ward Hayden Hamil, on No - vember 24, 1957. From that union, they welcomed two sons, Randall Hayden Hamil and Jeffrey Lee Hamil. After starting their fami - ly, they lived the first few years in Sand Springs, OK then moved to the Ber - ryhill community in 1971. Frankie worked as an In - surance Clerk for Gen - eral Adjustments Bureau (GAB) for 39 years, mak - ing many lifelong friends. Frankie was a member of View Acres Baptist Church. Frankie was pre - ceded in death by the love of her life, Edward Hayden Hamil, in February 2016. In addition, Frankie was also preceded in death by her grandparents who raised her, Norman and Callie Cora Cook, her parents Homer Dean Redding and Eva Norma (Cook) Redding as well as sisters Peggy (Redding) Haskins and Phillis (Redding) Browning.

Frankie is survived by her two sons, Randy Hamil and his wife Susan, and Jeff Hamil as well as the lights of her life, her granddaughters, Haleigh Elizabeth Mattingly and her husband Brian, and Ashleigh Lauren Claros and her husband Sambo. Frankie is also survived by great-granddaughters, Charleigh Eliz - abeth Mattingly, Ryleigh Hayden Twist and Isabel - la Rose Claros; great-grandson Landon Jay Mat - tingly and anoth - er great-grand - son, Franklin Hayden Matting - ly due in June 2024. F rankie is also survived by her brother Paul Red - ding, sister Sherry Vogts, dear cousin, Janice Rus - sell, numerous nieces, nephews, and close fam - ily friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, January 5, 2024, at View Acres Baptist Church located at 2327 S. 65th W. Ave, Tulsa, OK 74107 with Brian Matting - ly officiating. Interment will follow at Woodland Memorial Park Ceme - tery in Sand Springs, OK. Services are under the direction of Dillon Fu - neral Service and con - dolences may be shared at www.dilloncares.com. The family wishes to thank the many wonderful peo - ple for the outpouring of love and concern for Frankie during her illness and passing. She was loved by many and will forever be in our hearts.
