Viewins was born in Oklahoma City to the union of Samuel and Myrtle Viewins. He was preceded in death by his father, brother Eliah, sister Francis Terry, and granddaughter Justice Ellis. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Myrtle, two daughters Francine Ellis and Charita Thomas, one son Timothy Lindsey, one brother Travis Plunkett, three sisters Lucrethia Viewins,

Myrna Barlow, and Donya Davis, and grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Frantz attended school in Spencer, Oklahoma. The Viewins’ family is originally from the Clearview area.
