Harold Dean Henley, 80, longtime Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at his home in Seminole. He was born on August 21, 1940 to Curtis Glen Henley and Mildred Catherine (White) Henley. Harold grew up in Henryetta, Oklahoma and moved to Seminole in 1961. He married Sheryl D. Brown on April 5, 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada and they were happily married for 26 years.

Harold worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 32 years. Harold loved fishing, team roping as a header, visiting with his friends at Willis Quick stop over coffee in the mornings. He loved spending time with his family.

Harold is survived by his wife, Sheryl D. Henley, of the home in Seminole, Oklahoma, children; Lori Kramer of Weleetka, Oklahoma, Sharon and Witek Bycko of Edmond, Oklahoma and Leroy and Jenn Kramer of Wylie, Texas, sister; Glenna Inman of Skiatook, Oklahoma, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Carolyn Sue Siedel and his son Terry Dean Henley.

The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Tony Haddad, Dr. Paul Morriso and Dr. Soni J. Zacharias for the care they gave Harold.

Memorial services for Harold will be at 1:30 p.m., Friday, February 5, 2021 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma.
