Jackson Trent Foran was born August 30, 1958 in Holdenville to Jack and Oneta Foran. He passed away February 19, 2022 with his children and their mother at his side.

Trent spent most of his childhood farming and working cattle with his parents and his sister Brenda. He graduated from Holdenville High School in 1976. He was a dedicated member of the FFA chapter where he earned District Star Farmer. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge of cattle and ranch life. After high school he attended college at Murray State in Tishomingo. Shortly after he began working in the oilfield and continued ranch life. Later in his life he became a small business owner. Trent hauled freight with his own equipment and pipelined in between.

Trent would tell us that his greatest accomplishments were his three children Joshua, Jacob and Kristene. He loved his grandchildren Jadey, Nolan, Jax and Tatum. They were the light of his life. Trent had faith in God and believed hard work paid off. He enjoyed fishing and attending livestock shows with his children. He was proud of his granddaughter’s accomplishments in softball. Trent’s laugh was contagious, his heart was big for people and animals and he enjoyed spending time with family. He’s going to be greatly missed by many.

He is proceeded in death by his father, mother, sister, grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He leaves behind three children, Joshua Foran of Ada, Jacob Foran and wife Kara of Byng, and Kristene Jackson and husband James of Byng; four grandchildren, Jadey, Nolan, Jax, and Tatum; and a host of other family members.

Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Monday, February 28 th , at Holdenville Cemetery with Pastor Chad Large officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Joshua Foran, Jacob Foran, James Jackson, Nolan Jackson, Jax Foran and Tatum Jackson.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, OK.
