Leota Delphia (Carter) Rogers, 89, a longtime resident of Yeager, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Leota was born on February 15, 1934, in Wetumka, Oklahoma, to Reo and Faye (Hatcher) Carter.

Leota married the love of her life, Ralph Steven Rogers. He preceded her in death in January 1978. She loved to garden and visit with her family. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Leota was preceded in death by her parents, Reo and Faye Carter; husband, Ralph Rogers; her sons Joe Rogers and Bill Rogers; granddaughter, Shonna Rogers; and grandsons, Barry Harjo, and Dylan Roger.

She is survived by son Jim Rogers and daughter-inlaw Clonda Rogers; sisters, Pauline Hill, Christina Elliot Brinlee, and Ruth Martin; brother James Carter and sister-in-law Sandy Carter; grandchildren Myriah Rogers, Jimmy Ray Rogers, and Billy Joe Rogers; great-grandchildren Ethan Rogers, Erin Roger, Shay Rogers, and Augusta Rogers; greatgreat- grandchild Emberlee; as well several nieces and nephews, cousins, other family members and friends. Viewing will be 9:00am-7:00pm, Tuesday, April 25th, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 26th, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma with Bill Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Yeager Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
