Mary Frances Cusher

Mary Frances Cusher, 75 of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, August 22, 2022, at her home.

Mrs. Cusher was born on March 23, 1947, in Wetumka, Oklahoma to Haskell and Ruth Brock.

She married Leslie Cusher in December of 1966 and began her nursing education at East Central University in Ada and completed it at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami. She spent many years working at St. John’s Regional Medical Center and Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO. Her final years in nursing were spent at Edmond Medical Center in Edmond, Oklahoma. In

her free time, she enjoyed cooking, shopping and being with her granddaughter, Anna. She is survived by her husband, Les Cusher of Edmond, OK; son, Aaron Cusher and wife Becca of Edmond, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Anna Cusher of Edmond, Oklahoma.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Haskell and Ruth Brock and two sisters, Ima Jean Sams and Shirley Ann
