Memorial Saturday for Lawrence Yarbrough

Lawrence Brice Yarbrough was born on March 18, 1998 in Denison, Texas to Alvin and Kimberly Word. He attended Denison schools before moving to Oklahoma where he graduated from Holdenville High School in 2017.

He was the laid back brother. Lawrence had a very creative mind and was extremely artistic. He loved outdoors, along with the animals that came with it (reptiles especially). He loved spending time with his family and being a father to his only daughter was his pride in life. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone who needed him.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Jeanie Yarbrough and his uncle Chris Burk.

He is survived by both parents, Al-vin Word and Kimberly Word; paternal grandparents Luis and Diane Word; daughter Nevaeh Yarbrough; sister Tierra Jinkins and Nereca Yarbrough; brothers Adrian Jinkins and Matthew Monday; fiancee Kayla Maxwell; special friend KraShika West; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and an abundance of friends.

Memorial service will be 10:30 am Saturday August 29 th , at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville, Oklahoma

Pallbearers are Adrian Jinkins, Matthew Monday, Anthony Wyatt, Brayden Wilson, Devin McKee, Hunter McKee and Tori Marx.
