Mrs. Perry graduated from Douglas High School. After high school she worked as a media assistant.
Mrs. Perry leaves behind to cherish her memories a daughter Latonya Chanell Knight and son Issac J. Knight. Also, sisters Sandra Wallace, Carolyn Dewberry (deceased), Marilyn Bradley, Shirley Wells, Patricia Russell, Wilhemina Davis (deceased), Connie Howard, and Valarie Lucas. Brothers Willie Hughes (deceased), Ronald Hughes, and Donald Hughes.
Services for Mrs. Perry were held at Earl M. Temple Memorial Chapel on Saturday, March 27, 2021. Internment was at Trice Hill Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
