Our Sympathies extended to the families of... Earlene Rose

Dorothy “Earlene” Hamilton (Lee) Rose departed this earth on February 4, 2021 to be with her heavenly Father.

Earlene was born on August 19, 1935 to Earl and Leatha Hamilton. She had three siblings. She was married to Kenneth C. Lee and together they had three children. Earlene had many jobs in the Holdenville area and never met a stranger. Later she married Bayless Rose and they made their home in Yukon, Oklahoma. Bayless and Earlene were very active in the Freewell Baptist Church and enjoyed traveling with the car club. After his passing, Earlene moved to Heritage Village Retirement and Nursing Home, where she has resided the last 4 1/2 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bayless Rose; siblings and their spouses, Jean (Jerry) Walsh, Lillian (Albert) Baily and Doss (Bobbie) Hamilton and Kenneth Lee.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Laura) Lee of Rockdale, Texas, Tommy (Lisa) Lee of Weleetka, and Cheryl (Danny) McDonald of Wylie, Texas; grandchildren Jon (Laura) Lee of Edinberg, Texas, Mallarie (John) Blackford of Marion, Arkansas, Alissa (Tyler) Scharf of Broken Arrow, and Tanner McDonald of Wylie, Texas; great-grandchildren Olivia and David Lee of Edinburg, Texas, Roslyn and Brooklyn Blackford of Marion, Aarkansas; and step-family, Teresa Rose and family, and Phil Rose and family.

The family will have a private graveside ceremony in memory of Earlene under the direction of the Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.
