Justeen McCoy passed away Monday, February 24, 2020 at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 62.

Justeen was born January 16, 1958 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Kenneth Steele and Norma Lee Mathews Steele. She graduated from Holdenville High School and married Billy McCoy on May 19, 1979 in Holdenville.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lamar, Oklahoma. Justeen was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing games, especially dominoes, at the Lamar Senior Citizens, collecting purses, and spending time with her family.

Justeen is preceded in death by her mom.

She is survived by her dad, Kenneth Steele and Bernice; husband Billy McCoy; daughter Kimberly Carter of Holdenville; son Billy Keith McCoy of Lamar; grandchildren Justin Hamilton of Seminole, Hailey Steele of Holdenville, and Colton Steele of Holdenville; sisters Peggy O’Kelley and husband Charles of Holdenville, and Sherry Taylor of Holdenville; brother Terry Steele and wife Amber of Southern California; sister-inlaws Delane Seeley and husband Bob of Byng, Brenda Reid and husband Gary of Holdenville, and Ellen Rouse and husband Charlie of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am Thursday, February 27 th , at the First Baptist Church of Lamar with Pastor Jack Vance officiating. Interment will follow at Lamar Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Travis Huff, Trevor Carpenter, Blake Crawford, Chris Carpenter, Randy Fletcher and Paul Huff. Honorary pallbearers are Tom Cartwright, Garrett Cartwight, Stephen Huff, Gerald Mills, Terry McCoy, Chris Taylor and Shawn Taylor.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Holdenville, Oklahoma.
