Service was held for Hobert Glenn Myrick

Hobert Glenn Myrick passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 88.

Hobert was born July 21, 1934 in Oakman, Oklahoma to Olief Myrick and Willie Mae (Lilley) Myrick. Hobert graduated from Spaulding High School. Hobert serve in the U.S. Army. He had worked as a Mail Carrier with USPS in Oklahoma City. Hobert was a member of the USPS Union. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Hobert is preceded in death by his parents, Olief and Willie Myrick, and brother Toney Myrick.

He is survived by his cousins Carolyn Johnson and husband Revel, Daisy Harris, and Marie Lilley; and family friend Joe Richardson.

Graveside service was at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 13, at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Francis, Oklahoma.

Services are under the direction of Hudson- Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
