Stephen Glenn Mc-Naughten, Sr. passed away Monday, December 5, 2022 at his home in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 65.

Stephen was born December 3, 1957 in Monrovia, California to Robert Glenn Gillogy and Lorretta (Sartor) Wheeler. He graduated from Arcadia High School in Arcadia, California and later received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in Mount Sac, California.

He met Anita Edie on a blind date in Covina, California and they later married on July 4, 1985, in Las Vegas. They moved to Holdenville in 1988. To this union were born two children, Samantha and Dylan. He had two older boys by a previous marriage, Stephen, Jr. and Justin.

Stephen was a self-employed concrete contractor in Holdenville. He was a

master builder and could fix anything. He enjoyed fish ing, working with concrete construction and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He loved the Lord and was a faithful member of the Lighthouse of Prayer Church in Arpelar, Oklahoma.

Stephen is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Anita McNaughten of the home; son, Stephen McNaughten, Jr. and wife Kelly of California; son, Justin McNaughten of New York; daughter, Samantha McNaughten of Holdenville; son, Dylan McNaughten and wife Brooke of Holdenville; six grandchildren, Stephen Joseph, Jacob and Norah McNaughten of Oxnard, California, Margo Blue Skies McNaughten of New York, Blake and Alexis McNaughten of Holdenville, Oklahoma; siblings, Wayne McNaughten of Las Vegas, Ron McNaughten of Arizona, Renee Heath of Las Vegas as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at a later date and the updated information will be published when available.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
