Tommy Dale Fisher, age 66, passed away on January 21, 2022 at Highland Park Nursing Home in Okmulgee, OK

Tommy was born on September 13, 1955 to Eli and Mattie Looney-Fisher. He was raised in Weleetka and attended school and was a proud Weleetka Outlaw football player. After graduation he went to Haskell Jr. College, in Lawrence, Kansas and played football for the Fighting Indians.

Later he moved to Oklahoma City and worked for Standard Roofing Co. as a roofer for several years. Eventually, he injured his knee from an older knee injury from playing football and he decided to retire for medical reasons.

Tommy was baptized on September 24, 2012 and became a member of Hutche Chuppa Indian Baptist Church. He enjoyed his carefree life until his health issues became very serious and had to be admitted to a nursing facility till his death.

Preceding him in death were his parents, three sisters, and six brothers.

Survivors are his three loving sisters, Rainey, Nelly, and Sarah Micco, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation and viewing were held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home in Weleetka on Tuesday, January 25. Funeral services were held at 1:00pm at United Methodist Indian Church in Weleetka.
