Wendall Dilday of Holdenville passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at the age of 71 years. Wendall was born in Ragtown, Oklahoma to Jewett and Inez Dilday.

He loved the country life and lived every day to find the best fishing hole and have the best cattle he possibly could. Wendall and his wife Sharon loved taking yearly vacations to Branson, enjoying some bluegrass music together and playing a hand of Moon.

Wendall will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Sharon Dilday; his two sons, Brian Dilday and Bobby Dilday and wife Susy; four grandchildren, Holly Galbraith and husband Chris, Jeremy Dilday, Darion Foutch and husband Preston, and Hope Garcia and husband Obie; as well as four great-grandchildren, Luke, Logan, Hayden and Hudson; along with numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jewett Dilday; his mother, Inez Dilday; and three brothers, JW, Ray and Bill Dilday.

Funeral service was 2:00 pm Friday, March 19 th , at the First Church of God in Holdenville with Pastor Josh Kespelher officiating assisted by David Shatwell. Interment followed at Holdenville Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Kevin Nolan, Mike Cantrell, Mike Weeks, Randy Brown, Gerald Mills and Chad Rodgers. Honorary pallbearers were Lloyd Little Richmond Nolan, and Harvey Price.

Services were under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
