    The Center of the Universe When I was a school kid over at Stonewall my old high school principal, A. E. Harrell, once asked our class where we thought the center of the universe was. Mr. Harrell was speaking of where “we” thought the center of the "world" was.

    2 Dead, 4 injured in devasta_ng tornado

    A four-monthold child and Jimmy Johnson, III, of Holdenville were killed in the Saturday night tornado that ripped through Holdenville. Four others were injured and Tyler and Selina Skeen, parents of the four-monthold, remain in the hospital. Their condition is unknown at this time.

    Cyclists Bike to Oklahoma’s Historically Black Towns

    Osborne Celestain decided to celebrate his 66 thbirthday by cycling through the thirteen original all Black towns of Oklahoma. Along the journey, he had several join him but Euykem Gulilat was the only one who completed the one-week entire jouney of over 600 miles through the towns.

    Lloyd David Samilton is out of the hospital, back at work, and doing much better. Marjorie Plunket is in the hospital for more testing. Jerry French continues his therapy; his brother Daryl drives him to therapy. Please continue your prayers for Jerry and Marjorie.
