The Weleetka Indian Community will have Board Elections January 30, 2020. Board of Director positions include:  Chair Person, Vice Chair Person, Treasusrer and Secretary.  Voters must be members and have registered by January 15, 2020.

I had a good visit with Moss graduate Jim Bundy and daughter Tabitha. They live in Branson, Missouri and really enjoy it. Jim’s parents owned the Laundromat on N. Oak in Holdenville for many years. That was before everyone had an automatic washer and many folks would meet to wash and visit.

For most of the night, we had eight players. At table #1 - Playing as partners were Barbara Tiger and Cindy McDaniel; Sharon Dilday and Joyce Brinlee.  Cindy and Barbara won 1 game.  Joyce and Sharon won 5 games including Joyce shooting it twice and making it both time! Awesome!

WELEETKA FFA MEMBERS raised over $300 within the chapter to purchase Christmas gifts for children currently staying at the Shriner’s Hospital during Christmas. The Weleetka Chapter officers bought the toys. This is in honor of Cody Parrick, who was a 2013 Weleetka High School graduate.
