There were 6 Moon players tonight at the Nazarene Fellowship Hall Monday night. They were Selma Fitzhugh and Sharon Dilday; Arjean Williams and Barbara Tiger and Joyce Brinlee and Cindy McDaniel.  Arjean and Barbara won 6 games!  Cindy and Joyce won 4 games including Cindy shooting the Moon! Yea!

The Jackson Family Vacation

From November 17- 23, the Jackson Family cruised the Gulf of Mexico from Galveston to Jamaica, Cozumel, and the Grand Cayman Island for their yearly family vacation and another mark off their bucket list. The had a great time, experienced many cultures, and had plenty of family time together.

There were many families visiting in Clearview this last week for Thanksgiving. Joanna, daughter of Linda Zackery Bowie and niece of Dorothy and Alpheus Grundy of Clearview, and her family spent several days with the Grundy’s and Patsy and Joel French.

Wetumka Kiwanis Club Delivers Thanksgiving Baskets

On November 23 rd Wetumka Kiwanis members, along with Key Club members delivered food baskets to local citizens. Twenty-five baskets were packed and distributed throughout the community. The baskets were made possible by generous donations from local businesses and community members.

The annual Kiwanis Christmas parade will be held on Saturday, December 14th on Wetumka’s Main Street. This year the club will be having a drawing, in which 12 bicycles and 3 Light-up Scooters will be given away! The club will also be giving away 10 turkeys and 10 hams.

Graham-Dustin falls to Waynoka

The playoffs ended for Graham/Dustin Friday night when they lost to Waynoka 28-14. The locals actually led at halftime 14-6. Going into the final period it was tied at 14. The Railroaders controlled the final quarter putting 14 points on the board and holding Graham/Dustin scoreless.
