On Thursday, November 7 the Town of Clearview and Wes Watkins Technology Center in Wetumka will “Team Up to Clean Up” Clearview. About 65 students and staff will come together to mow, trim, paint, pickup trash, clean up flower beds, organize paperwork, do building maintenance, etc.
Voters in the Wetumka School district gave a strong showing of support for improvements. Both propositions totaling $520,000 easily passed. Proposition 1 received 99 yes votes to only 33 no votes. Proposition 2 received 98 yes votes and 34 no votes.
