    Department of Commerce Representative Addresses Wetumka City Council

    A regular scheduled meeting of the Wetumka City Council was held at 6:30pm, Monday, May 12, 2025. The following items are scheduled for consideration and possible action by the City Council at that time.Mayor Norma Marshall started the meeting off with a call to order at 6:30pm.

    Clearview no longer has a high school. The last graduating class occurred in 1964 when the school closed in 1964 for grades nine through twelve. Grades one through eight continued until 1969. Afterwards, the remaining students attended the Weleetka Public Schools.

    Clearview received a $200 OG&E grant and an Oklahoma Beauty grant for trash bags, gloves, and vests. The town will organize a clean-up day and seek volunteers to help.
