Holdenville resident Earl Dunkleberger not only served countless area residents as their doctor up until his retirement, but he also served fellow Vietnam soldiers during his service as a Medic. We asked his permission to share the following.

 We had seven ladies show up for our Monday night “Moon” domino games.  After drawing for partners, that left three to play as singles.  Those were Cindy McDaniel winning one game, Zelma Fitzhugh winning three games and Joyce Brinley winning two games.  They said that they really had a lot of fun!

Lee and Judy (Ruble) Horne met while attending East Central University. Lee was a football player and Judy a cheerleader. That joining together has led to a long relationship between ECU, the couple and their family.
