Free Cat Adoptions at the Holdenville Animal Shelter for the month of May!  The Animal Shelter currently has 17 cats and kittens they need homes for.

We had 6 “Moon” domino players Monday night!  Faye Griggs and Sharon Dilday sure kept everyone on their toes between playing and keeping score.  Faye hasn’t played in quite some time and it was really nice of Sharon to give her a helping hand.  Arjean Williams and Barbara Tiger won 3 games.

Abrianna Drake, daughter of Felicia Drake and graduate of Weleetka High School, now attending Southern Nazarene University was selected to receive the 2019 most valuable track player of the year. Abrianna is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Selma Drake of Clearview.

The Oklahoma African American Educators Hall of Fame, Inc. offers a scholarship generously donated by Mr. and Mrs. William “Bill” Ford of Shawnee, Oklahoma. Mr. Ford played football under coach Watson at Shawnee High School. Coach Watson had a major impact on the life and success of Mr.
