Spaulding graduate Delbert Gentry and his wife, Yeager graduate, Evelyn Giles Gentry have retired after 38 ½ years of owning the McDonald’s in Woodward. The following story ran in the Woodward News and we thank them for allowing us to share it.

The Tribune learned Friday that local businessman John Massad will be a candidate for Mayor of Holdenville. He is a life long resident of Holdenville and graduate of Holdenville High School. John and wife Tonya have one daughter Shandra.

Jerry W. Price and Wanda Joan (Skaggs) Price will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on the 21st of January, 2019. They were married in the Church of God at Allen, Oklahoma at 7:00 p.m. on January 19, 1959. Jerry grew up in Allen and Wanda grew up in Holdenville.

Edna Huffman of Stuart was given a surprise 90th birthday party at the Stuart Senior Center. The party was hosted by several family members: children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
