We had several members to attend the State Convention and said that they really enjoyed everything about it!  Being short on man-power, we postponed our Heritage Nursing Center dance for one week and then we had «two waiting in the wings»! lol Then off to June’s Diner for some good home cooking!

HALO needs donations

The Holdenville Animal Shelter and Halo are currently needing donations of Pedigree Dog and Puppy Chow, Kitten and Cat Chow and Kitty litter.  We are also needing funds for our vet care and spay and neuter bills.

The theme for the upcoming Holdenville Christmas Parade is “The Grinch Stole Christmas,” it will be on Mon. Dec 10, at 6:00 pm. Contact the Chamber of Commerce for more information.

Spaghetti Fundraiser Dec. 7th

The Holdenville Fire Wife Organization if presenting a Deck the Halls with Spaghetti and Meatballs dinner on December 7, 2018 from 5:30 to 7:30. It will be held at the local Fire Department. Adult tickets will be $7.00, Children $5.00 and children 2 and under eat free.

Meet your new Hughes County Clerk, Tamala Bible, better known as Tammy Jones Bible. Most of you probably met Tammy when she was a Pharmacy Tech at Consumer Drug Store where she worked for 21 years. Tammy took office in October and is doing a great job.
