STILLWATER, Okla. – What happens when you combine recognition of hard work and achievement, educational workshops, competitive events, making new friends and $100,000 in educational scholarships? These are just a few of the ingredients for a successful 97th State 4-H Roundup.

MISDEMEANORS Joshua Duane Butler—domestic abuse-assault and battery Vernon Francis Estes—driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol Salissa May Moon—public intoxication MARRIAGE Jonathan Alexander Bell and Samantha Taylor Ann Hedges, both of Thornton, CO CIVIL George Brown Jr.

According to figures reported in the July 11 press release from the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC), six out of ten Hughes County communities reported a tax disbursement decrease. Communities reporting an increase in the July release were Wetumka, Allen, Atwood and Lamar.
