Barbara Ann Stewart passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 72. Barbara was born February 15, 1948 in Caney, Oklahoma to Elmer Charles Degreffenreid and Juanita Walkens Hesselett. Barbara attended Eufaula public school.

LaRue Anne Martin passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020, in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 68. LaRue was born May 10, 1952 in Talihina, Oklahoma to Amos Barney and Lizzie Harjo. LaRue graduated from Eufaula public school and attended Eufaula Boarding School.

Ada Faye Rush Mills departed this life on Thursday, July 23, 2020, in Holdenville, Oklahoma. She was born December 18, 1926 in Burkburnett, Texas to Edward Rush and Florence Thornton Rush. Ada was the eldest of 6 children. Ada grew up in the community of Blue, Oklahoma and attended school there.

Louie “Lou” Leon Freeman, a long time Sasakwa resident, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2020, at Heritage Village Nursing Home in Holdenville at the age of 87. Lou was born March 22, 1933 in Sasakwa, Oklahoma to Charles Napoleon Freeman and Freda Victoria (Cathey) Freeman.

Nellie Mae (Deere) Butler was born to Thomas Deere Harjo and Lantha Thomas on October 2, 1943 in Wetumka, Oklahoma. She passed from this life in Tulsa on July 25, 2020 at the age of 76. She attended Eufaula Boarding School and graduated from Sequoyah Vocational School in 1962.
