    Service set for Ronald L. Broaddus

    RONNIE RETURNS HOME. Ronald L. Broaddus of Fredricksburg, TX was born August 15, 1939 in Holdenville, OK. Ronnie lost his life to cancer on January 14, 2019. Ron led a dynamic, exciting and eventful life. He joined the U.S. Navy at age 18.

    William “J” Grantham, 86, of Overland Park, KS, and formerly of Sasakwa, OK., passed away on January 3rd , 2019. He was born on July 9th , 1932 in Trent, TX. A graveside service will take place at 1:30 PM on Thursday, January 10th, 2019 at Wills Cemetery in Peculiar, MO.

    Service slated for HHS graduate Paul Monroe Branum

    Paul Monroe Branum, of Fort Smith, passed away peacefully Jan. 4, 2019, at age 82. Born Feb. 16, 1936, in Vinita, Okla. Paul was the sixth of seven children of James Madison Branum and Gladys Mae Toler Branum.

    Service held for Meredith Grizzle Survivors

    William Meredith Grizzle passed away January 6, 2019 at the age of 88. Meredith was born January 9, 1930 in Holdenville to Meredith Bud Grizzle and Emma Della Bowen Grizzle.

    Service held for Regina Folger

    Memorial services for Regina Lynn Folger, 57, of Roff were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Trinity Baptist Church in Ada, with Dr. Rusty Fuller officiating. Mrs. Folger passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at her home.

    Service held for Ruby Snyder

    Ruby Ann Snyder passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019, at St Anthony’s in Oklahoma City at the age of 90. Ruby was born September 19, 1928 in Stonewall, Oklahoma to Steve Clopton and Lillie Ingram Clopton.  Ruby graduated from Holdenville High School in 1948.

    Ramona Tiger

    Ramona Tiger, a resident of Weleetka, passed away Fridau., December 28, 2018 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 62. She was born December 24, 1956 in Claremore, OK to Amos Tiger and Helen (Floyd) Tiger.

    Nathaniel “Nathan” Dean Abercrombie

    Nathaniel “Nathan” Dean Abercrombie passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 36 after a life long battle with Cystic Fibrosis. Nathan was born May 18, 1982 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He graduated from Wewoka High School in 2000.

    Lottie Mae Hammer passes away

    Lottie Mae Hammer of Holdenville passed away in Shawnee, December 21st, 2018 at the age of 85.  She was born in Wetumka, Oklahoma to William Charles Bachus and Maggie Rice Bachus on April 12, 1933. Lottie attended school in Wetumka, loved gardening, her flowers and her dog “Sugar”.

    Service Saturday for Dwayne Coats

    Dwyane Berry Coats died at his home on December 10, 2018 after a determined struggle with a prolonged illness.   Dwyane was a successful businessman for many years in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in the home building and concrete construction fields.
