A celebration of life service for Betty Jo Osborn will be held, Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the ParksBrothers Funeral Home Chapel in Wetumka, Oklahoma with Greg Zackery officiating.

Sereda Christine Summerton passed away Monday, December 13, 2021, at Heritage Village Nursing Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 97.Sereda was born December 19, 1923 to Ancel Virgil Cross and Estil Gladine (Anderson) Cross. She married Harry Summerton.

Funeral services for Melvin Ray Gibson will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Salt Creek Indian Baptist Church of Wetumka. Interment will follow at the Barnes Family Cemetery in Wetumka. Wake services will be Friday evening also at the Salt Creek Indian Baptist Church.

Inez Muirhead passed away Friday, December 10th, 2021 in Holdenville, Oklahoma.Inez was born on June 11, 1923 to C.A. and Lula Pruitt in Wetumka, Oklahoma. She attended grade school at Friendship and graduated from Yeager High School. Inez was a member of Wewoka Church of Christ.

Linda Marie McMullen passed away Monday, December 13, 2021 at her home in Horntown, Oklahoma at the age of 61.Linda was born January 10, 1960 in Artesia, California to Lee Francis Beaty and Myrtle Bernice (Drew) Beaty. She graduated from Allen Public School.

Elkhart – Billye “Jane” (French) Burns, age 81, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at her home in Elkhart, Indiana after a courageous 4 ½ month battle with stage 4 ovarian cancer. Her beloved children, Jennifer, Rick, Tim, and Dan were by her side.

Thompson ‘Junior’ Brown passed away in Edmond, Oklahoma on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at the age of 65 years.Junior was the son of Tom Harris & Willa Mae (Brown) Harris, born on March 24, 1956, in Ada, Oklahoma, where he was brought up and attended schools. He served for a short time in the U.S.

Betty Marie Dawsey, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Saturday, December 04, 2021 in Henryetta, OK at the age of 71. She was born July 15, 1950 in Dustin, OK to Hack Selvidge & Emma (Armer) Selvidge.

Darren Dewayne O’Kelly was born January 7, 1967 in Castro Valley, CA to Jerry and Thelma O’Kelly. He passed away on November 30, 2021 in McAlester, OK.Darren loved being a truck driver and drove over a million miles and received a watch to commemorate this achievement. He also loved fishing.

Lonnie Dean Ramirez was born on May 17, 1974 to the late John Ramirez and Rachel (Bear) Ramirez in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021.
