No tax increase if school bond approved

Wetumka Public Schools is holding a bond election on October 8, 2019 from 7:00am to 7:00pm. This is a “No Projected Tax Increase” bond issue totaling $520,000. Proposition 1 is for #340,000 and we will acquire and/or install technology equipment for the district.

Wetumka FFA Officers ask “What’s Next?”

Officers of the Wetumka FFA chapter participated in the 2019 Oklahoma FFA Chapter Offi cer Leadership Training Conference August 27 at the Southeast Expo Center in McAlester, Oklahoma. The eight state FFA officers planned and conducted this year’s conference based on the theme, “What’s Next”.

Wetumka All Class Reunion

There will be an all class Wetumka School reunion at the Wetumka High School Auditorium on Saturday September 28th from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. We have a large number of former students who will enjoy this time of fun and fellowship.

Wetumka Class of 1979 Reunion

The Wetumka class of 1979 will hold their 40 year reunion on Saturday, September 28th at 2 pm at the Northside Indian Community Center. They will be having pot luck so bring a dish of food and join the fun.
