Everyone thinks senior citizens are senile. An elderly couple was celebrating their sixtieth anniversary. The couple had married as childhood sweethearts and had moved back to their old neighborhood after they retired. H o l d i n g hands they walked back to their old school.

We had 6 “Moon” domino players Monday night at the Nazarene Fellowship Hall.  Playing as partners were Cindy Mc-Daniel and Mary Wagner; Arjean Williams and Barbara Tiger and Joyce Brinlee and Lynn Marquis. Cindy was ready to play as she shot the “Moon” first rattle out of the box! And she made it!

The Okfuskee County OHCE groups (Clear-view, Okemah, and Paden) attended the “All Trails Lead to OHCE” Northeast District Meeting hosted by the OHCE Adair, Cherokee and Sequoyah counties. The meeting was held March 26th at Sequoyah Lodge at Hulbert, Oklahoma.

The Alpha Kappa Alpha Soritiy Beta Omicron Omega Chapter met in Clearview at the OAAE Hall of Fame building on March 30, 2019. The sorority is part of the Okmulgee chapter and meets once a month in several locations.

STUART PUBLIC SCHOOL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOLASTIC TEAM recently competed in the Justice Public School Junior High Scholastic Meet.  Many of these students placed in the top 5 in their subject winning a medal or trophy that day.

Stuart High School students recently competed in the Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom State Art Contest. Over 4,000 entries were submitted from across the State of Oklahoma from students in grades Kindergarten through 12th.
