We have a full-time School Resource Officer, Deputy Terry McGinnis. He is a watchful eye over all our school family during the school day. So, if you see a Hughes County Sheriff’s vehicle at the school, or notice a deputy walking the halls, be grateful that our school has this additional resource.

A 58-year-old Holdenville woman lost her life Wednesday when the vehicle she was driving collided with a pickup on US 270 at McDougal Dr. The accident occurred at 6:03 a.m.
