What a wonderful day, December 15 was! The ladies of the First Baptist Church had their 10th annual Christmas Tea with 65 people in attendance.

Amber Hayes is attacking Nashville from so many different directions she seems to have the place surrounded.

Seems simple enough. For those old enough to remember the New Year following 1999 was a lot more hectic. Lots of folk, thinking that 1999 would last forever forgot to program the year 2,000 into the new gadgets, computers and all that.

We had seven people Monday, December 17th for our “Moon” domino games.  We drew for partners and as the first set was playing, the other three people decided to play as singles.  Actually, I think I got better hands as a single.  But having a partner is more fun!

Dec. 1,  We meet about an hour before the dance for our club meeting.  This was also our Toys for Tots dance.

Gerty School class of 1953 held their 65th school reunion June 30, 2018. There were 15 graduated in the class of 1953. Three from the class of 1953 attended; Mary Francis Mooney Guinn, Pete Hester and Wayne Nichols.
